Compared with conventional construction methods in which the skills of the builders dictate the quality of the building created, modular buildings are machine-made in factories, ensuring consistently high quality products.

Because almost all assembly processes are carried out in our factories, our modular buildings require little on-site construction time. Our units are carried in folded form to the site, and installed in a very short space of time using a crane. And because our units are largely assembled at our factories, weather conditions have almost no effect on construction time.
Our modular buildings enable you to add space when you need it, remove it when you don’t. Because each unit as a self-contained mobile space, you can use them to create whatever space you need with superb ease and freedom - almost like the building blocks you played with as a kid!
Business started in a two-unit one-story office
Business growth requires expansion of office space 18 months later.
Six units added
Expanded office building of four-unit two stories with total floor space of 97 m²
Units can be moved whole, so if some space is needed elsewhere in the future, the whole building can be moved easily. Our modular buildings are designed to provide space in the most practical and efficient way.
Photo exhibition
September, 2005: Our modular buildings were used for six weeks as a temporary museum for a photo exhibition in Tokyo’s Kita-Aoyama district.
Self storage
October, 2006: The building is used as our self storage branch in Kashiwa, Chiba Prefecture.
Conventional wisdom says that once a building has been constructed, it stays where it is, and once demolished, cannot be rebuilt. As a result, construction waste generated by the building industry makes up 70% of Japan’s final disposal (landfilled) industrial waste*. But as concern about environmental issues has grown, people are looking to modular buildings such as our modular buildings as a promising solution.

Our modular buildings are designed for mobility. Since they can be easily dismantled and used time and time again, almost no waste is generated when they are taken down.
