Customer needs:: Chiba Bank was planning to open a new branch, but because the location was on a major road near a station in a district undergoing rapid development, it wanted to cover itself against the risk of having to move in response to the future local area development or other reasons. It was also planning to open the branch soon, and so wanted it built rapidly.

Plan:: Leveraging the expertise of a team of experts and 40 years of knowledge in efficient and flexible building methods, we succeeded in the meeting the tight deadline. And because modular buildings are easy to move and modify, the customer can transplant the branch to another site or increase or reduce its size according to surrounding developments and other circumstances. Our modular building building relieved the customer of worry over relocation risks, and offers the strategic business advantage of being able to be relocated at greatly reduced cost as occasion demands.
